Shirley helped me buy my home for 10k below list price in a hot housing market and sell my other home for 6k more than the original Zillow amount (after her renegotiation for a higher price). She also was honest enough to say that replacing the kitchen linoleum floors was not worth the investment even though it would have made her some extra money. When buying the house she recommended a good bank with low closing costs, gave recommendations on inspections, and helped to negotiate furniture. She always got back to us quickly with our questions, and was never in a rush to explain things.
